General Information: Bachelors degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of the Winthor system. Experience in production planning, inventory management, inventory control, production control, machinery knowledge, interpersonal skills, professionalism.

Requirements: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of the production plan. Control raw material (RM) and finished product (FP) inventory. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure adequate supply, avoiding stockouts or excesses. Lead and develop the production team, promoting training, feedback, and a collaborative environment. Monitor and analyze production KPIs (efficiency, yield, losses, downtime, etc.), proposing improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP. Guarantee the efficient sequencing of production orders. Conduct root cause analysis and action plans for deviations. Participate in OP meetings and contribute operational information for demand planning. Prepare production and inventory management reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
