General Information: Daily Activities: Perform analysis, classification, and reconciliation of accounting, financial, and asset accounts in companies under the Real Profit and Presumed Profit tax regimes. Prepare trial balances, financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity), and other accounting reports. Perform monthly accounting closing, ensuring the integrity and consistency of information. Calculate and review direct and indirect taxes, integrating them with tax accounting. Control and analyze fixed assets and depreciation. Manage, prepare, and submit DEFIS, SPED Contábil, ECD, ECF, and REINF. Assist internal and external audits, preparing documentation and clarifying information. Support the financial, tax, and administrative areas with accounting information. Hold meetings with clients. Analyze data for decision-making. Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and internal controls.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Science Accounting Knowledge and experience with companies under the Real Profit tax regime. Active CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council) registration. Solid experience in accounting routines and balance sheet closing. Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
