Job Description:
Professional Training
Responsible for defining and adjusting systemic processes, ensuring a quick and effective solution for processes and users throughout the Hospital.
Train users in the use of hospital management systems;
Identify systemic problems and seek solutions in conjunction with the systems support team through the opening of tickets;
Implement new systems to improve processes;
Handling user support requests related to systems;
Knowledge of key hospital processes for quick resolution of system-related questions and problems.
Requirements: TECHNICAL:
Higher education (in progress or completed) in IT;
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the area;
Knowledge of the Tasy system (Philips);
Knowledge of hospital routines and processes;
Knowledge of requirements gathering;
Advanced Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of PL/SQL commands (ORACLE);
Knowledge of databases;
XML;
Design Patterns;
