JOB MISSION:

To work in sales focusing on prospecting new clients, customer service, and producing complete portfolios. Ensuring a humanized and simple service until the next stage of negotiation and closing, enabling access to decent housing for Brazilian families to realize the dream of homeownership.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes daily management of the client portfolio (leads); Follow the customer journey process/ Assist customers in person and through other communication channels, following company standards; Present product price and discount tables to customers according to each stores region; Prepare and forward customer registration, following the approval standards of the CEF financial agent; Participate in internal and external activities and actions to attract new customers to the store; Meet product sales targets according to the monthly established goal; Regional rules and price tables for each store.

Requirements:

Desired experience: 6 months;

Academic background: Completed elementary school;

Desired computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite;
